Doesn't close completely.
This is a very durable product however the downside is that the lid will not close properly if you use file hangers. Things are entirely INSIDE the box so you can close the lid completely. I think it's a design flaw that the lid is hard plastic and won't close when there are suspension files, so I'm looking at different brands rather than buying another.
