We are currently using this in the library of the elementary school where I work. We have Star Parties every quarter for the top readers in each grade, and those parties have a theme. We let the kids suggest themes and drop them in the ballot box. It's a wonderful way to keep the suggestions anonymous and not make the librarians feel like they're playing favorites when they choose a theme.The box is sturdy and comes with mounting supplies (we have it sitting on the library counter, so mounting wasn't necessary for us) as well as two keys. The librarian keeps one and the front office keeps the other as a backup. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this ballot box. It's perfect for our needs.
