I was really surprised by the quality of this cardboard kitten house. The colors are nice and rich, the cardboard is thick and durable, and the walls have thick plastic fasteners, not just duct tape that rubs off. One of my favorite things about it? That this is actually an adult cat house and not something super small meant for kittens - as I often find in most "cute" cat houses. My 12 lb girl has plenty of room and the opening is big enough. If her 13lb little brother was well-behaved enough to cuddle, they would match if they wanted to. Since my little boy is a brat and only has one big entrance, I can also cut a hole on the other side so his older sister can escape his machinations. Just remember to cut off the long ends from your zippers. If your kitten enjoys chewing on plastic, she will chew through it so easily that you don't want her to choke on anything that could cause problems. God saves the man who saves himself :)
