Go without laces/ribbons
The best solution was to go with those who had nothing to bind; The other mothers kept tying/lacing their daughters' ballerinas before class because they were untied or the kids untied them. Take at least one size up, the elastic over the slipper can be a little tight, especially if the child has a wide or high arch.
- We got them working... a little bit more.
- Bought our daughter a size 5 (the same size as her sneakers and flats which we lost) and they looked more like a 3.
