My daughter has very wide feet. She loves shoes, but her feet are so wide that nothing fits, and we have to keep growing to find something that fits. When dancing, it is very important that it fits in size. Technically she's a 13-13.5 in most shoes and we always go for a size 1. These shoes weren't a 13.5 so I measured her foot and found it to be a lot closer. Size 1 in the size chart as a size 13 so I increased the size. I should mention that their other flats are a size 1. Ideal. My daughter is 3 years old and is now a size 7.5 and I bought a size 8 after reading the reviews. They fit perfectly and she should wear them all season. I was initially skeptical about the size and quality when purchasing dance shoes from a fake dance store but they are great and she loves them.

The best solution was to go with those who had nothing to bind; The other mothers kept tying/lacing their daughters' ballerinas before class because they were untied or the kids untied them. Take at least one size up, the elastic over the slipper can be a little tight, especially if the child has a wide or high arch.

I have ordered these shoes 3 times in the same style. The first time they were a soft beige pink color and adorable flat shoes. Unfortunately my daughter managed to lose one after the first week of ballet so I had to order it again. The second pair came in a cool dark orange-beige. I tried again and got a slightly lighter shiny orange-beige color. I'm not sure what's wrong, but it's frustrating.

I ordered for my daughter in ballet class 1. Fits as expected. Haven't worn it yet so not sure about the quality. I think they will be great

My daughter is 4 and we ordered her normal shoe size 8 and they fit perfectly! They are well made and the criss-cross design keeps them secure on your feet. I definitely recommend them.

We got this to replace our fast growing baby's feet. We didn't want to overspend on apartments as we often end up buying the next size up and buying apartments with 'growth room' didn't seem like a good idea as that could be a stumbling block. Perfect for the given size. We even have the next size up. The soft, comfortable faux leather material has easily withstood weekly sessions. They can probably be passed to another child a few times before breaking.

Gifted to one of my granddaughters. She loves gymnastics and is a rare talent. She kept asking for these ballet flats to dance to. They fit perfectly and she loves them. They are high quality at a great price.

I bought these for my 4 year old aspiring ballerina and she has worn them as many times as I have allowed her to! She wears them as indoor/outdoor shoes (although I know for a fact they weren't designed for that!) and they've actually held up well! Definitely impressed and would love to order another size up for her once she's ready for it.

You'll become a teacher's favorite by buying no-tie shoes for your little dancer! They are easy enough to wear for my 5 year old, true to size and go great with Stelle tights/Capezio swimsuits. 10/10 recommend. Came back to buy the next size up!

These shoes were exactly what we were looking for. However, I bought shoes that were supposed to be in NEW condition and received shoes that are obviously used. The swimming trunks were black and the elastics were tied and cut off. I had to send them back. However, they appear to be true to size (street shoe size 10, ballet shoe size 10).

These were the third job apartments I bought for my 7 year old. I wanted something with no bows or strings so she could easily put it on and take it off without my help. The shoes are of excellent quality but they fit tighter than the other two models of the same size that I bought. They barely slipped on their heels. I would still recommend it but the size is bigger.

We needed this product FAST for a concert costume and they delivered - literally. It was exactly what we needed and just in time!

My daughter needed black ballet flats for a theatrical performance. It was a great deal and worked well for her show. She continues to wear them at home.

I ordered these for my granddaughter and was pleased with the quality - they are well made leather shoes. The size corresponded to her shoe size. Slightly stretchy, but you can tie the sides together with a drawstring. In the end I sent the "pink ballerinas" back because I didn't like the color - too beige, almost orange. I ended up ordering her pink ballerinas from Besionère because she used to have them, they were comfortable, quite pink, leathery and cheaper.

I ordered these for my little one who needed constant distraction from playing with the strings on her ballet flats. They're not as tight as shoelaces, but that's not a problem. They feel comfortable and my little one can easily put them on and take them off.

I ordered ballerinas in pink (beige) and they are very orange, not what I would definetly call pink at all! I am so sad that the color is so wrong because otherwise they look beautiful.

At the bottom of each shoe is a huge lump where the fabric collects. No other pair/size I've ordered in the last year had this. They cannot be worn. Causes severe leg pain from lumps under leg.
