This is my second time buying from this company because I really liked my hair the first time I got a perm. I wanted to try a shorter look so I bought the 12". The hair is pleasantly soft, the photo matches the description. I will update my review after installation. (November 8, 2020) Update: I just got the hair done installed.I love the short length and how light the hair is, my head is starting to ache from the heaviness of the longer strands.The only thing I didn't like was that the hair can get tangled when applying but I could with it deal.I hope to keep it at least 3 weeks later.Good purchase!
