Review on Mymahdi MP3/MP4 Portable Player by Steve Quinn

I don't know how to put music on it because when I plug it into my laptop it doesn't even recognize it. I emailed the seller and they advised him how to extract music from it. Well, I can't get the music out if I can't put it on there in the first place. The only solution I could think of is to insert the SD card into another device and download the music to that device and then insert the card into the player. SMH I was going to order two more, but after that I want to return the one I bought. If someone can please tell me what I'm doing wrong so I can add the music in a different way that would be great!
