They are really soft and comfortable but my husband kept waking up thinking he had cobwebs on his face. I thought he was crazy until I ran my hand over the pillow. gossamer threads come out of the case that really resemble a thin sticky web. One day he woke up with a strand of hair tied around his neck, which was a little scary. I've washed them a few times and tried to sit and rub and rub and rub to get all the strands off, but they never come out. He still uses pillowcases because they are comfortable and help with his night sweats. I said that even though we had this problem my husband still uses them but the seller refunded my order without asking me just to make sure I was happy with the experience. They definitely care about their customers and have great service.
