I ordered the hair on May 12th and it arrived on May 15th. The hair is natural color 1B. I will order hair again and just not dye it. This hair has gone through (2) chemical processes. First, I permanently colored my somewhat tousled hair. So I bleached my hair. The softness and touch changed only slightly and faded a bit. The hair was sewn on for 3 weeks, washed and conditioned 1 at the time of chemical treatment and 1 at the time of sewing. Still holds up well.
