My dog developed metastatic cancer in 2018. I canceled and threw away this feed. I started feeding him vitamins (part of an Airbourn tablet in water), Costco chicken, a small amount of pumpkin puree, and the occasional wild Alaskan salmon. After this dietary change, the cancer showed signs of regression. He has several small BB sized tumors on his skin and a large tumor on his anal gland. The swelling of the skin has stopped bleeding and the stool is no longer as black as tar. Several skin tumors appear smaller. He stopped jumping on the bed (because it hurt) and has now started jumping on the bed again. It occurred to me that I should change his food from an NBC news program reporting that veterinarians across the country were finding negative results with some commercial dog foods.
