Bit5 - A Great Way To Stay Connected With Your Customer

The product has been very useful for our business by allowing us to communicate with customers easily without being tied down only during office hours or working days! It's easy enough so anyone from my team could use it too if they need some help using their features (which are quite numerous). I don't think there really anything bad about this software; everything seems good but maybe more options would be nice? Maybe like having an option where you have your own personal chatbox instead of always typing out messages over email/whatsapp because sometimes we forget things when doing emails etc.? But other than those minor issues i've found no problems at all!! We're able to send simple text message reminders which helps increase customer retention rate since everyone loves receiving them especially after sales promotions such as Black Friday & Cyber Monday. The best thing about bit6 is its easy to use UI which makes it very simple for new users to get started with bit6 without having much technical knowledge required. It has great features like chat room, group messaging etc. I have used this platform from last 2 years but i haven't found anything bad so far. If you are looking for an affordable way to communicate with your customers then definitely go ahead with bit6. We were able to connect our customer service team members easily using bit6.
