Review on Pacsafe Stylesafe 10L Black Anti-Theft Convertible Crossbody Bag by Constance Rodriguez

See attached photo. I ordered this item last August but didn't use it until last October while we were traveling in Spain. After 2 days of use this wired popper came to the side. I didn't notice right away, so he ruined one of my knitted blouses I was wearing. I don't know how to fix it. I'm afraid to sew the hole as it may further damage the nylon. I believe this should be covered by the Pacsafe warranty. It must be a durable item.
