THERMOPLASTIC POLYLACTIC ACID [MSDS APPROVED] - With our ultra smooth technology, our filaments are capable to extrude beautifully and smoothly that help to build a more delicate object. Natural PLA Premium Quality MSDS Approved 3D Printer Filament. HIGH SPECS - PLA [Polylactic Acid] 1.75mm Filament Diameter (Dimensional Accuracy +/- 0.05mm) 1 KG (2.20 lbs) Spool 3D Printer Filament Vacuumed Sealed. Quality Black Filament With The Highest Dimensional Accuracy Means The Nozzle Won't Get Blocked. Don't Risk Damaging Your Expensive 3D Printer With Unvetted Filaments. TEMPERATURE RECOMMENDATION - Recommended Printing Temperature range 170°C - 230°C - PLA allows higher print speed, more accurate placement of material with proper cooling (it does not shrink as much) and also thinner build heights because of less resistance from the plastic coming out the nozzle, where abs even at high temps (252C) is still sticky and has high viscosity. HIGH COMPATIBLE - For most common 3D printers such as ROBO 3D, Cubify, Leapfrog, MakerBot, Reprap, Afinia, UP, Mendel, flashforge, Solidoodle 2, Printrbot LC, MakerGear M2, Felix, Reprap, Ultimaker and any other 3D printers.

It could have been great but!

The filament arrived ahead of time and I was very happy about the price and quick service. However the filament has been a problem. I have to date run about 4 and a half spools of filament through my machine with no clogging problems until the WYZ filament. I have gone to a larger .05 nozzle and cleaned (several times) my extruder (a direct unit) set my nozzle temps from as low as 200 to as high as 235 and still get intermittent glogs and stoppage. I wish it would work as I like the look of…

Pros
  • wonderful color and very unique effect with the translucency
Cons
  • May not have good temperature resistance

Ordered translucent yellow and so far it prints very well on my Prusa i3 MK2. 230C Nozzle on a 55C bed. .25 nozzle. The color is a bit more neon than I expected. Still looks great but was initially printing something that needs to be a semi translucent but solid yellow. This is a BIT too bright for my needs. Still may come in handy for other prints down the road. So overall good PLA but the product photos could be better to accurately show colors.

Pros
  • Prints turned out just fine, Ender3 pro 205/60 - glass bed
Cons
  • May require additional ventilation while printing

Translucent - sort of, but poorly wound

It's not as translucent as I had hoped, but I can live with that. My main concern is that the spool is very poorly wound, with filament actually down the side of the spool. I have had several prints fail due to the filament getting bound and failing to feed correctly, hence the three stars. There is no excuse for this type of spooling in today's environment. I use a lot of filament by different manufacturers, and this is the only one that I have this type of a problem with. It's possible that…

Pros
  • Love the color!
Cons
  • May not have good inter-layer bonding

There's a lot of *orange* in this brown

This PLA prints fine at 200C with 50C bed and 0.4mm tip. Maybe a bit of stringing, but very little and very light. I bought it to print aquarium decorations (wood-colored logs, etc). However, there's a lot of orange tint in this PLA, such that it ends up the color of runny baby poo-poo. I've relegated it to use for prototype prints, because the color just isn't a match for anything I'm doing.

Pros
  • Great product! Color is exactly as expected. Adhesion is perfect and finished product is very smooth
Cons
  • May require special settings for optimal printing

High Quality filament!

I love the dark gold. May not have a reliable source for purchasing. I use it in place of wood filament. I make blasters, and use it for the hand grips.

Pros
  • I used it for translucent lithophanes. They looked awesome.
Cons
  • May not have a reliable source for purchasing

Wonderful prints ! on my review.

No problems at all, love the color too. May emit strong odor when printing. Ordered another roll from them in a different color to try soon also,

Pros
  • gift
Cons
  • May emit strong odor when printing

Excellent product! - my new review

Excellent product! I run on mostly standard Cura settings, but I run the Hotend at 225 and the bed @ 70. Zero problems! Prints are turning out perfect!

Pros
  • It's ideal for creating prints with fine details and sharp edges
Cons
  • May require more post-curing to achieve desired results

Keep retraction low

Have had quite a few problems with jamming on prints with high retraction rate with monoprice i3 clone. Havent had this issue with any other filaments possibly because this is a little harder than any other colors i have. Works fine other wise.

Pros
  • It's easy to switch between colors and doesn't require any special tools
Cons
  • May not be able to achieve desired finishes

Will recommend on my review.

This is my first filament from this company and so far .No Tangling Issues. 3D Printing Filament. like other one's and that is a plus for me

Pros
  • 3D Printing Filament
Cons
  • May have inconsistencies in diameter

Great value. High quality.

I have made several Alien Chest Bursters with this filament. It gives them a creepy color. I have had no tangles at all. I have bought other colors, and I am happy with each color. I will continue to buy WYZ products!

Pros
  • Very good filament! I like to work with it. Smooth final surface, high details.
Cons
  • It works. The color is not as vibrant as the picture. This material doesn't bridge well.

Adhered well to my heated glass bed, and nice hard prints. However, ive needed to manually re feed the filament into the mechanism after it snapped on a few occasions. Seems to run fine for when printing. But like i said, may snap if left idle.

Pros
  • exactly what i needed
Cons
  • May require additional post-processing

Great color but has some issues

The color is great. It’s not nice and neat on the spool. The bag was not vacuumed sealed when it arrived. Best temp for me is 205

Pros
  • The 1kg/2.2lb weight is a great value for the price
Cons
  • May require more infill for strength

Not OD green in my review

The zits on the benchy could be tuned out but the color is not od green. It's almost a yellowish green tan in white light and in a warmer light it's almost a od green but it still looks kinda yellowish.

Pros
  • The filament doesn't clog the printer nozzle
Cons
  • May be more brittle compared to other filaments

Needed more but it’s gone.

I like this filament and I love the color. It was really great for a couple projects I’ve been working on. Unfortunately, mid-way through my big project I ran out of this filament and needed to order some more, but now it’s unavailable. Bad on me for not making sure I had enough, I've even tried getting it directly from the manufacturer and they don’t have any, either.

Pros
  • It's resistant to most chemicals and doesn't deform under high temperature
Cons
  • May have more stringing and oozing

Great layer adhesion

Great layer adhesion, great accuracy, great bridging. This is one of my favorite filaments, I plan on using WYZworks until it fails me or I find something that's a better deal.

Pros
  • The filament is flexible and doesn't break easily
Cons
  • May not have consistent extrusion

Revainrating 5 out of 5

No problems - good adhesion

I've gone through almost my entire spool and not hit any problems. It needs about 5 extra degrees over other PLA (210/205 on my Ender 3) and it's slightly transparent compared to other colors - but not so much that you can see through it unless there is a light behind it. Would be a good choice for something that was supposed to be lit up by an tiny LED.

Pros
  • Works good
Cons
  • May require more print time due to slower printing speed

Revainrating 5 out of 5

No clogs works great!

Wish I could give it more then 5 stars. May not have good layer adhesion! tjis stuff worked flawlessly to build my buddy a d20 shifter knob for his jeep.

Pros
  • Filament quality is very good, I have used it on many prints
Cons
  • May not have good layer adhesion

Revainrating 3 out of 5

It would be good at a $15 price point

Okay stuff, definitely not the nicest. It would be good at a $15 price point, but at $21 there are far better options. Thanks for attention!

Pros
  • The filament is affordable and provides great value for the price
Cons
  • May have a limited shelf life

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Very brittle in my review

While it is a nice colored PLA, it was the most brittle filament I have worked with and snapped very easily. It was not a garbage product, but I feel there are better PLAs for similar price

Pros
  • Product work well, seller not so much.
Cons
  • May require more maintenance

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Impressive on my review.

It had date of manufacturing, inspector, rec temp. Items you expext with a high quality fillament but at a reasonable price. Impressive

Pros
  • The filament is compatible with a wide range of slicing software
Cons
  • May not have good chemical compatibility with certain coatings or paints
