That's why I usually wear size L masks and they even fit me with a shorter than usual elastic ear hook. I mean they still fit very snug and comfortable, just feel a little short. By the way, I took a few measurements on the attached photos, the ear loops can easily be stretched another 1.5 or 2 inches. This means that these stretchy ear loops can be cut out very easily and provided with a slight extension if desired. Luckily I didn't have to. The mask itself isn't too big either and doesn't make me look a bit out of place if you know what I mean :). These are good sized masks for average or most adults. Very soft and comfortable on the skin, not irritating at all. The flexible metal nose clip inside is very easy to adjust to fit snugly around your nose. The fabrics are not overly thick but are definitely layered and appear much thicker than regular blue 3 ply surgical masks. Double stitching or pressfit along the edges make them very reliable and safe. Also, the elastic straps are well glued to the sides of the mask and will not tear when worn. Another nice thing about these masks is that they are individually sealed, making them easy and safe to take with you and use when needed. Please note that there may be a slight smell of new fabric when you first open and wear it, but it should not last long after airing it out for about a minute. No problem at all, just wanted to point that out so people don't overreact or maybe my nose is just too sensitive :). Overall these are definitely good KN95 masks and I feel a lot safer in them when traveling on public transport or in crowded places.
