Review on Kuman Display Monitor Protective Raspberry 3.5", 60Hz, Touchscreen, ‎Kuman TFT Touch Screen, LCD by Wilfrido Byrd

After many days of trying to follow the instructions, still no touchscreen. I even went so far as to restart Raspian a few times to no avail. The provided CD image is corrupt. Contacted support, no response after 3 attempts, even double checked my spam folder to make sure. The screen is at least crisp and bright, but unfortunately there is no touchscreen due to the lack of support. Updated review: I was finally contacted by customer service but only after I left a negative review. After going through the instructions again, this time uploading a newer image file, I'm still not working with the touchscreen. The new image will load, but only up to a point. as it hangs long before the desktop loads. I downloaded the image a few times and even used the software they provided to format and create the disk image. No luck, the picture is just bad, just like the original on the DVD. I even downloaded the driver myself and installed it on a working system. During the install process the RPi unexpectedly rebooted and now only boots to the point where I see the RPi boot logo and then freezes. After reinstalling the latest build from RPi Noobs I tried again. The same result when installing the driver. I've even tried more than one RPi and SD card. I am reducing my rating to 1 star as there is no hope that this product will work with a touch screen.
