Well it seems to be working.
The battery lasts about 10 minutes before it shuts itself off, so I can't finish the whole head, and even the parts I could finish aren't perfectly straight. It makes my hair wavy (not curly) and still very curly. If you have long hair I do not recommend. Happiness. But like I said, it doesn't completely straighten or get rid of frizz like other straighteners. Not worth $$. If I still had the box I would return it.
