This pan is fine. It takes a very long time to fully heat up and the wax that comes with it isn't the best as it doesn't capture all the hair. To be honest I paid $20 and it's worth $20. It does what it was designed to do and if you bought a better quality wax I'm sure it would work better. Just be prepared to wait an hour on full heat for the wax to melt!
