Ever since I found this toothbrush at Whole Foods I've been addicted to it. I bought a recycled wooden handle and it is beautiful. I've been using the same since 2009. I don't know how it took so long to throw out full toothbrushes before realizing there were better alternatives. The bristles are made of plant fibers. Don't take this lightly, however. It is quite capable of withstanding a good brush. Even better than regular average toothbrushes! Instead of bending outward like your regular toothbrush after a week or two, they hold up and soften a bit with use. You simply slip the replacement heads into the handle and they stay there until you force them out. I've never owned a closure, so I can tell you that while being eco-friendly, you're not sacrificing quality. The handle has the ability to fix the head in the appropriate direction, so it can be adjusted left or right. hand with its smooth contour. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to reduce their carbon footprint or simply appreciates clean teeth and a fuller wallet.
