A good alternative to drilling holes in new tiles.
Ordered 2 of these for my new shower. It's funny but 1 of them stuck well to the tile and 1 didn't. The tile is not glossy smooth but smooth enough to hold 1 soap dish from last month. Another wouldn't stay in place until I used the stick-on plate that comes with each unit. You really can't see the difference between the 2nd. I expect the 2nd will eventually fail but using a stick on the alternative is no problem which is why I give this product 4 stars. I have attached a picture of 2 soapboxes. . Tell me which one is glued directly to the tile and which one uses an alternative glue disc. The one on the left uses a sticker.
