I returned this speaker because it is a type of speaker that mutes the volume when there is no input signal and fades in. When there is silence or a pause and then noise, the speaker basically disappears instead of playing continuously. This means you may miss some noises/sounds played at the beginning of the sound. I don't want to miss any part of the show or the beep. I just used the extra cable and didn't use bluetooth or the remote.
