My comments is based on the experience of having the same computer for 7 years, from that time to date has never presented a failure and there has never been the need to format or enter a repair center, the only improvement I made at the beginning was to change the 500GB hard drive for a Samnsung 870 EVO 500GB SSD card, your keyboard is fully functional with all its soft keys and visible letters, its impeccable screen, excellent working speed with office applications like Excel that runs without any problem, I can use several applications simultaneously and with several screens in parallel without any loss in performance, I have used this equipment for work in administrative areas crossing databases, making reports, having online meetings, making presentations on external screens and always during these 7 years I have been able to enjoy the satisfaction of having a computer that is at my pace and has responded to all my needs.

HP's ENVY technology with Inter CORE i7-6500U processor with 12 GB of RAM and 64x operating system, also equipped with Bang & Olufsen speakers and enhanced with an SSD card. It has been a faithful high performance companion and I have a feeling I will be with it for many years to come as it has been fully compatible with upgrades, new applications and performance is maintained over time. I have many years of information stored on this laptop and have always been able to access it, in fact, I am writing this review from this laptop while listening to music and checking internet pages in parallel without any speed problems.

Some precautions and considerations you should have to have a high lifetime of these computers is in the first instance, have control of the use that can make third parties who borrow the computer to perform some activity, for example my children often ask me to play online games or to do their homework and as I take good care of my computer I am aware of what they do with this and the instruction on installing any game or application is that they should ask me to do it, so I can make sure not to infect the laptop virus and keep for the time its friendly and stable use. In addition, the other thing you should do is to perform from time to time the corresponding file cleanup, review the installed programs and uninstall those that are no longer used, also clean the temporary files and cache memory and your computer will remain as functional as in the beginning.
