As far as I can tell this is an Apple PSU clone. I use it for two different laptops around the house that can be powered via USB-C: a Lenovo ThinkPad that requires 65W and an LG that requires 45W. some kind of error message regarding the load. Each computer charges at the same rate as if it were using the original charger that came with the computer. I've also used it to charge an iPhone via a Lightning cable - overkill, I know, but I packed the cable instead of a separate charger - and it worked just fine. The 6 1/2 foot USB-C cable is great and longer than any of my computers.
