Good product. Robust construction.
Works well. You can tie it to a pole or ask a friend to follow you. They recommend a maximum distance of between 20 and 22 feet, so this isn't a full sprint workout unless you have a friend running about 20 feet behind you. I use it for myself, my wife and my children. Great Flexibility - The strap allows the resistance to rotate almost 360 degrees around you - only the space in front where the buckle sits allows for a full 360 degree rotation. Robust construction. Very good product.
