We have arrived in April of 2022. As I just relocated to a smaller apartment where the 5.1 acoustics (room design characteristics) were less noticeable, I felt compelled to treat myself to a new set of headphones. I couldn't even find a used one in good shape for a reasonable price, and it was quite tough to get this specific item at a reduced price. I've watched hundreds of videos and read hundreds of reviews on these headphones, and many of them were accurate about one thing: there is a distinct lack of low frequencies. I'm disappointed, but I wouldn't be so naive as to claim that they don't exist (maybe I wasn't as upset as I thought I would be since I was expecting the worst). It's not enough, but it's not absolutely necessary, either with the preset for increased bass or by manually unscrewing the equalizer with low frequencies; there are, but I wish there were more. Second, the microphone was a topic of interest for many commenters and me. One of my stream buddies pointed out that my Xiaomi headphones had a stylish microphone. That means they weren't any worse than these! Therefore, disregard the claims of individuals who claim only minor issues exist. Finally, let's talk about comfort and audio fidelity. Even though I don't have a particularly small head and have only ever tried headphones of this type once before (which were decidedly not comfortable), these fit me like a glove. When using the 7.1 virtual surround mode, all you hear is nothing. The games are experienced in an entirely new way. Hearing footsteps, grass rustle, birdsong, etc., provides a new perspective on the action. I am really happy with the purchase and would suggest it to anyone. 4.5 out of 5)
