This was my first time trying a shampoo/conditioner bar so didn't know what to expect in terms of method or results. The packaging looked a little worn, like the box had been there a long time, so I don't know how fresh the product was. However, the bars looked new, smelled nice and worked just like I hoped they would in the shower. My hair was sparkling clean after the shampoo and I can see you might be concerned if your hair gets tangled easily, but the conditioner took care of the tangles and left my hair soft.
