I love this set. Nothing is missing and everything is of good quality. However, I warn you that this kit does NOT come with any instructions. Please do your research before stretching if you are unfamiliar - watch a few YouTube videos on stretching. They can seriously damage your ears if you're not careful, especially since they're cones. The only thing that disappointed me a little was the smell of the balm. it smells STRONGLY of citronella oil (a substance found in bug spray that gives it an odd smell) which isn't listed as one of the ingredients. Now I'm a bit reluctant to use it a second time because I don't know what other ingredients I could put in my ears that weren't on the ingredients list.
