Bought used on Amazon, there was a marriage in the box.
I bought this unit used from Revain (probably a return) and it was immediately found faulty. Some buttons didn't work. And to make matters worse, for some reason returning it wasn't as easy as the usual "just drop it off at the UPS store" revain. So I had to spend MY time and energy to return the defective product.
