Not soft but useful
I bought this for lower back pain but I couldn't take full advantage of it because I also have sore knees and I found them to hurt from too much use. I hope to develop my ability to use it by using it a little bit more each time. I've used it as a bolster while sitting in bed and I've noticed an improvement in my lower back just from that. I hope my knees get used to it. I thought it would be soft but it isn't.
