I tried two of these monitors and both worked very well when I touched them with my fingers. Windows 8 is difficult to use due to the screen bezel, but given the price of borderless touchscreens, this disadvantage is tolerable. My real problem was the touch sensitivity of pen input devices. I've tried many different types of pens, including the original Surface Pen and capacitive pens. Both screens I tried had clear and defined dead zones to map. If you want to use pen input, don't buy this monitor, otherwise it's fine. Picture quality is good, although not as good as a dedicated monitor at the same price. The supplier was very accommodating on the first exchange (even though I had a defective monitor) but didn't charge for shipping on the second return.
