Goes very little, despite stretching.
These pajamas were cute but didn't fit my son who wears L/XL boys of almost all pajama brands. We bought it in size XL. To be honest they fit tighter than long underwear. I immediately told him he didn't have to wear them even though they were a Christmas present because he looked so uncomfortable. We gifted them to a family friend whose son is a size 8.
