This chair had so many crooked screws that I spent three days trying to put it together and couldn't. The two side screws needed to tilt the chair were screwed in crookedly, making it almost impossible to put them back in during assembly. I can put things together. I'm usually the one who gets it done in the shortest amount of time. I will no longer buy from this company
