The chair arrived 3 days earlier than it was supposed to, so I would first like to say that the company you are buying this chair from is reputable. The chair itself is very good. I was expecting something cheap for the price and it doesn't look like it at all. The cushion is quite nice and the seating position feels very comfortable. I don't usually like armrests on chairs, but I like these. They also have pillows and that makes them really comfortable. The raising and lowering mechanism feels solid and does the job of moving up and down, which doesn't typically do well on chairs at this price point. In general I am very satisfied. with this purchase and recommend it to everyone. For the "short" comment, I read about this chair. I'm 5ft 7" so not very tall and the chair is very comfortable.
