Short lifespan and bad deal

I bought my Trezor in September 2017. It was working fine the other day until I installed the bridge update on the Trezor site. Right after that, my Trezor stopped working completely. The Trezor guys said they couldn't help me because I bought it through Revain and wished me luck. 'enough.
