Just received and tested. All the factory hardware had to be tightened, but the units worked well. They seem very light on the bench, but I'll come back to this review after we install them on our truck's crossbar. I don't expect any problems with other devices from this supplier. Characteristic curves measured on a test bench with a Rigol DP1116A power pack and a Rigol DM3058E digital multimeter; 4.4A +/- 100mA @ 13.2VDC each. The power is 58W each. After using these devices for several months, I have nothing but good things to say. As others have pointed out, there is NO hiss in my radio, probably due to a bad ground at their end. NO problems with mounting hardware, NO problems with water ingress. I highly recommend these lamps and am changing my rating to 5 stars.
