The system is very easy to use for our staff! It's simple enough for them to be able to get everything done they need without any problems at all. I have no complaints about this software as of yet because it has been working great since we started using it in March 2013. There are times when there will be some issues with certain functions like email or calendar alerts but these can usually easily fixed after contacting support who gets back right away. We were looking into replacing another vendor product from earlier years which was almost impossible to find replacements for if needed so this came along perfectly when searching for something more modern than what we had before.
