I have been using these teeth whitening trays intermittently for several years. It was recommended by my orthodontist and again by my dentist. It's easy to use. It doesn't feel too hard on my teeth. I don't have overly sensitive teeth but after 3-4 days of use they can become sensitive. My orthodontist only recommended doing it every other day or as often as possible without sensitivity.
