Review on πŸ“· Kodak Professional 100 Tmax Black and White Negative Film 120 (ISO 100) 5 Roll Pack: Superior Quality for Photography Enthusiasts by Andy Hearshman

Revainrating 5 out of 5

One of the best and coolest movies.

This film dissolves surprisingly well when combined with a good developer! forget ilford delta 100 or pan f 50 forget fomapan 100 this movie will kick your ass. When developed with Adonal 1+50 the grain is amazing and the skin tones are amazing. For example, when photographing faces with Fomapan, the skin looks too dark, Delta 100 has a green tint, and that's not very good either. But Tmax100 gives you true black and white tones, the iris looks bright and not completely dark like other films. The manifestation of the stand is also amazing, just leave it on for 1 hour and mix 5ml Adonal + 495ml water very well. You can shoot at 80-200 ISO and see no difference. I tried it in Xtol "didn't like it, grays are boosted by iso" adonal "best choice" Caffenol "very good but not too good for portraits. Will soon with D 76 and tmax This film and Neopan are really well developed and the next sharpest films after Adox CMS 20 and other boutique and very expensive rolls that require a specialist developer like ATP Rollei.
