I have the X shaped phone holders that came with my Ninebot Kickscooter Max. I didn't like her very much. It was difficult to physically fit the phone into the mount and the mount didn't hold the phones very well. In fact in 2019 it lost control of my two week old phone which got me really frustrated that my less than a month old phone had a huge crack in the screen because this holster didn't hold my phone tight enough. This new holder is much better. It has a latch/screw to keep it as tight as you can screw it in. The grip is strong as almost the entire bottom half of the phone is secured in the cradle resulting in near zero bounce. , and the phone will NOT fall out. I've tried bouncing off curbs and this holster stays firmly on the handlebars. Please note: This holster is not easy to adjust. Most phone cases have a pivoting action (similar to a rear view mirror in a car or a side view mirror on a motorcycle). It's not like this. It's a solid piece and the only way to adjust its position for viewing is to take it off the handlebars, adjust it up/down so it's perfectly at your eye level, and then tighten it back onto the handlebars. steering wheel in this position. As a result, even while jumping, the holster does not change its position, but remains in place.
