Pretty but doesn't dry out the hair

Agree to all comments; However, it didn't dry my hair. I have thick hair so I towel dry it before I put the blanket on. I left it on for 15 minutes and when I took it off my hair was nowhere near dry. It is a very soft, lightweight film. I loved wearing it while doing my makeup. My expectations that it dries my hair weren't very high, but I decided to give it a try.
