The mop was deformed and did not do its job.
Exactly as shown. The plastic handle is strong and offers a good grip, however part of the wiper is deformed and there is an area of about 1/2 inch that doesn't touch the glass unless we press very hard. We started flipping it and using it "upside down" and it seems to work better, but it's definitely cheap plastic. I don't think it will break, but I won't buy it again.
