The best thing about this system, it's everything! It has saved me time in creating documents that I need but also allows my team members to complete their work without having to constantly ask if they have access or not (which was very frustrating). There are some features of this program where there could be more options as well. For example, when you create your form template with all fields required, sometimes people forget what information needs to go into those fields so we would appreciate being able to customize which ones must be filled out by default. We've been using this product since last year now and haven't had any issues yet; however, our experience at first seemed complicated because we didn't know how to use such technology before but after training from one of its representatives who assisted us through most of the process, things went smoothly.
