**Update** This kit includes a plastic tool that makes them very easy to remove! Otherwise, they're really hard to remove, which is great. I'm tempted to leave fewer stars for them because they hurt my hands trying to remove them, but I can't fault it as it gives me peace of mind that my kids won't be able to remove them. I use a pen cap to get under them to remove them, but still it can take about a minute to remove just one. They're easy to put on and your kids' safety is more important than the few times I have to take them off.
