Very happy with it. PP is by definition BPA-free, so very satisfied. This is my second and third try. Couldn't be happier! I can make sushi any way I want, pack as much meat and make it 100% organic. There is a small booklet that makes the application so easy. My kitchen knives were better than the knife that came with this one. Very satisfied. I woke up and ate sushi for breakfast. Can't wait to try the crab and cream cheese and work on those skills :)
