Review on 🖥️ Bush Business Furniture Series A 36W Desk: Sleek Slate and White Spectrum Design for Modern Workspaces by Rhonda Quire

The desk itself is great and when I requested assistance , The support service was pretty good, so thanks for that. However, I'm not sure how anyone could have expected the table to arrive safe and sound given the way it was packaged. The box the table sent did not properly protect an item of this size and weight and was badly damaged with multiple holes. All packages with fittings fell out during transportation, and almost all plastic parts were damaged or lost. Some of the wooden parts had superficial scratches, as the box gave way they shifted into what was left of the box and scratched each other. Considering how damaged the packaging was I'm surprised they arrived in such good condition and most of the damage isn't visible when the table is assembled. Not having the equipment meant I had to stockpile parts for the table until a replacement came from Bush, which took about a week. The slabs of wood aren't exactly small, so storing them for a week was less practical. Overall I give this table four stars. Five stars for how well designed much of the table is, two stars for the inadequate packaging and another for the customer service which has been great and responsive even in the midst of a pandemic.
