I have carpal tunnel and sometimes it gets pretty bad. I've had several different wrist braces and while they all helped, none of them prevented my wrist from moving fully. I was always able to move it more than I should which didn't help my carpal tunnel. This association is amazing. It has metal at the top and bottom, so the wrist hardly moves. The nerve pain that had shot up my arm was gone almost immediately. Also, it works on both hands. I'll order another one right away. Highly recommended. FYI: I have a plus size. When I measured my wrist, I was right between the sizes. The big one fits me perfectly. I will say if you have big hands this may not be for you as the strap on the back of your hand is quite short.
