After the 3rd day it was always difficult to endure. This is ideal for a deep clean. It took me a little while to get used to the product. After a good shake and squeeze, a fairly large dose of white powder is left. After applying I style my hair, wait 10 minutes, massage the scalp and then comb it. It doesn't look freshly washed anymore, but it doesn't look as sticky and greasy either. Quite acceptable and looks clean. Plus another day 2. For reference, this is day 3, 2 workouts and then a hike after the dry shampoo. No white spots that I see. No "before" photo because I didn't think it would work that well. I'll try to add it next time! PS The scent is so light and pleasant. I usually apply dry shampoo before bed and this is the most fragrant option I've ever tried.
