Review on 🎨 Digital Theater White Paint - Gallon: Ultimate On-Screen Projector Screen Paint by Ryan Nguyen

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Revain Deal warning word on this color. (Please note this was not purchased from PaintOnScreen)

I have decided to purchase a 'damaged' can of this paint from Warehouse Deals for sale here at Revain, dented, but not used or otherwise impaired. What a disaster. After spending several hours preparing, sanding and painting the wall, I opened the tin and the whole area was ready to go. The paint was kneaded on the paint mixer in the SW paint shop for about ten minutes. I then used a drill mounted mixer for the final mix before mounting it on the wall. I planned on using a scooter as other reviewers have used scooters successfully. After the first few rolls, I noticed paint residue on the wall. They were very obvious as the wall had been sanded smooth in preparation. I touched one of the speck and thought it was a blister but a sediment of something black or gray. I suspect it was a tint that needed to be mixed into the paint. I went around the wall and broke all these pieces and it looked like someone rubbed the wall with cigarette ash. Then I took a drill mixer and stuck it in the bottom of the jar, scraped it and pulled it out and it was covered in sticky sediment. Obviously all the mixing failed to mix it properly and instead broke it up into about 1.5" to 1/8" chunks. If I hadn't mixed it myself I would have thought about it, but you could tell by the consistency of the slime that it was an old can. To make matters worse the handle broke causing a spill (luckily there were 2 layers of plastic and tarp on the floor. So the wall is 1/5 painted then stopped, taped shut and the can returned. I would have had it Noticed it wasn't sold by the real Paint On Screen company!
