Too hard wires

In general, the headphones are not bad. They sound very good and do a great job of noise cancellation. What confuses are the wires. They're very stiff and don't let the headphones sit comfortably in your ears. I constantly adjust them to ensure they sit properly in the ear. If the manufacturer finds a way to make the wires more flexible, these headphones will be amazing.
