Hence three stars for not having the entire button on the cable working. So no volume control. But I kept them anyway. Not 100% satisfied but I hear my music very well and not quite with noise canceling but I can pretend. Update, it's March. I've only owned them for 3 months, I don't even use them every day. Only one side works.

I ordered these headphones on October 4th and one of the headphones has already stopped working. It's been 16 days, I've used them 3 times in total. I keep them on my desk and use them with my desktop computer, not wrapped tightly or put in a bag somewhere. They had no chance of asserting themselves. It just didn't work anymore. Don't waste money on them.

In general, the headphones are not bad. They sound very good and do a great job of noise cancellation. What confuses are the wires. They're very stiff and don't let the headphones sit comfortably in your ears. I constantly adjust them to ensure they sit properly in the ear. If the manufacturer finds a way to make the wires more flexible, these headphones will be amazing.

I wrote a review just days after receiving it. I thought I made the right choice again by ordering another pair, but then. The silver pair lasted 2 weeks when 1 side came out. Well I have one more brown set I was looking for as the first set I ever owned lasted A LONG TIME.! So now October 28, 2020. The sound quality of the headphones is excellent, especially at low frequencies. If you want to use them to listen to music, they're great. However, if you want to use them with your phone, the microphone volume is not enough. When used with my OnePlus 3 Android phone, the microphone level is about 15-20dB lower than the phone's built-in microphone or other headsets I use. We bought these headphones as a cheaper alternative to more expensive noise canceling headphones as we don't fly in the air very often. These headphones are misrepresented as noise canceling in our opinion.
