Review on πŸ‘œ Lavemi Capacity Blocking Leather Wristlet: Stylish Women's Handbags, Wallets, and Wristlets by Adam Whittaker

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good buy at $30 - just don't expect to fill all 18 card slots!

Smells like real leather - doesn't feel as big as I thought (which is a good thing), feels good in the hand. The leather isn't as thick as my old wallet, but it has a lot more layers of leather without the bulk. It has many pockets for my needs. I like the color although it's not as purple as I expected from the picture but more of a maroon (shown in the picture). It doesn't feel waxy at all, but rather smooth and soft. The zippered area is nice and roomy. I can easily slip a check and a dozen or more wallet-sized photos in one pocket and my US bills PLUS my cell phone in another pocket. The phone slot is a great feature when I don't want to carry the whole bag to go shopping etc. The small zip pocket is perfect for a small amount of loose change. Despite all this, the zipper closed easily. Some features in the valve area were the reason I didn't give five stars. At first I only filled 10 of the 18 credit/debit card slots plus the driver's license slot. If I wanted to stretch the valve and possibly break the first latch, I could close it. But using the second rig seemed more sensible. I have no idea how to fill all 18 slots and still close. In two horizontal card slots (6 slots each) - expect to use only 4 card slots in each slot. The foremost slots are a) narrow side to side I think, partly because they are rounded on the outer corners, and b) not deep enough for a standard credit card. Therefore, it overlaps the middle slot above it, making it difficult to remove the card from that middle slot. (See the image - red card after yellow card is in that center slot.) One issue to be figured out over time is how well the flap section stays closed, especially when jostled in my purse. In general I am satisfied. Worth the price! (I paid $30).
